LU TANG Architecture, Principal Architect
Founded since 2009
Providing general commercial, residential, mixed-used and Tenant Improvement architecture services in Vancouver Lower Mainland.

Tang & Haag Group Ltd, Founder
It was my intention to build this group to become a successful small design, development and investment company. We are actively looking for investment opportunities here in Canada, US and in South East Asia as a way of creating harmonious wealth and making your investment dreams a reality.
 
IBI Group, Project Architect
Responsible for a variety of commercial/industrial/institutional projects from conceptual design to construction administration. Also participated in hi-rise residential buildings design in greater Vancouver. Brought in my own cliental for feasibility studies for a night club/retail project in downtown Vancouver and for a resort development in Sunshine Coast and in Ucluelet. B.C.

Wensley Architecture, Design Architect/Project Manager
Responsible for conceptual design of a few commercial shopping centers redevelopment at Royal City Shopping Center ($34 million), Sevenoaks Shopping Centre, Cottonwood Mall, Surrey City Centre and, Coquitlam Centre. Other projects including design of residential hi-rise ‘The Village”, Rona Store in Richmond ($ 24 Million), Future Shop and Bestbuy.
 
Urban Design Group Architects, Design Architect/Project Manager
Projects including 'Rhombus Hotel' Resort Development in Chilliwack, BC, “Crowne on Oak” office/residential complex, Vancouver, Pacific Place Shopping Centre in Calgary, ICBC Legal Office in Surrey. Other retail experience including designing of drive-thru “Starbuck’s Coffee” in Vancouver, Toys’r Us, JYSK Lien N’ Furniture, T & T Supermarket.
 
KCA Architects, Deputy Quality Manager (ISO 9000)/Architect
Projects involved including Large hi-rise office buildings in Hong Kong (Ever Gain Plaza, $1 Billion hk), Hong Kong Plaza in Shanghai, $ 120 Millions us), and feasibility studies and design works such as Shanghai Santiago Hotel, Don DaMingLu Shopping Centre.
 
Lu’s Design & Associates, Consultant
Worked on a variety of architectural projects, from detailed design of the luxurious Kingswood Properties on 14 Ave/South Granville, to Indian band relocation projects on the Island, and other recreational projects including water parks completed in Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan and China.
 
Gorden Yuen Architects and Associates, Intern Architect
Worked on vairety of projects, most significantly the Fong's Commercial and Residential Building on 49th and Knight, and design works for London Plaza high rise residential and commercial building in Richmond, BC.
 
Gaboury Associates & Architects, Graduate Student
Ms. Tang was working in Gaboury's office for research and study of the Winnipeg 'Red River Focus' at the old CN yard. Mr. Gaboury was the Master Planner and Architect for this historic site.
