TANG Dynasty

The Tang Dynasty (from the period of 619 - 907 AD, Wikipedia), is the most shining historic era in Chinese History. It is regarded by historians as the strongest empire on earth in the eighth century. Under the Tang Dynasty, China became the most powerful and prosperous country in the world. During this period, the economy, politics, couture and military strength in particular reached unparalleled levels.

The government brought a period of low economic inflation, and toned down the excessively lavish lifestyle of imperial court. Seen as a progressive and benevolent ruler, the Emperor even abolished the death penalty in the year 747, and all executions had to be approved beforehand by the Emperor himself.  The Tang Dynasty was largely a period of progress and stability, with the capital city in Xian, representing a golden age of cosmopolitan culture.

Tang Dynasty Foundation

Based on this glorious history of wealth and prosperity, and with our future generations' well being in mind, we developed the Tang Dynasty Foundation. We believe that leaving a legacy behind us for generations to come is important, and that doing good and helping others is an honour and duty.  As Mohammed said,  "A person's true wealth is the good he or she does in the world." Money is only one of many ways of measuring wealth.

Through the Tang Dynasty Foundation, we have contributed to a variety of  organizations and charities.
